Solis Construction Services is prepared to assist in the design of a new home build, home rebuild  or home renovation.  Architect and  civil or structural engineering concierge services available.

Building, renovations and installations require paperwork and permits. As experienced contractors, we know what documents need to be filed and what permits need to be obtained. 

Site work  is part of a construction project that is not part of a building or house's physical structure. This can include grading, excavation, septic systems, wells, driveways and utilities.

Some sites require underground utilities or are preferred by a homeowner. Solis Construction is experienced in this specialty and works closely with government planning and  the utility provider. 

Home building begins with the foundation and Solis Construction and its team are dedicated to new build  foundations to fit building codes and are  meant to last.

The option between steel or wood is discussed during the design consultation with our clients. Solis Construction is exceptionally qualified to build either steel construction or wood frames. 

Eric Solis is also certified as a painting contractor. We understand that paint is generally a personal choice for our clients but Eric advises on color and texture to enhance the home's esthetics.

Solis Construction understands the need for a timely rebuild due to an unfortunate home loss. We are experienced in the fire rebuild process from working with city planners and your home insurer.
